DocBook roundtripping

This pipeline expects the DocBook XSL stylesheet distribution to be in the subdirectory docbook. It accepts a MS Office 2003 Word XML document (WordML) as the source document and produces a DocBook document as the result.

NB. the DocBook roundtripping XSL stylesheets do not convert any arbitrary Word document to DocBook - the Word document must use the roundtripping template and styles.
